• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

🚚 Shipping Options & Timeframes

We currently ship across the United States with plans to expand globally in the near future.

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Flat rate of $7.95 or FREE on orders over $75.

• Express Shipping (2–3 business days) – $14.95.

• Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – $29.95 (available in select locations).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also log into your LovBou.com account to view real-time updates on your delivery status.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

• We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or certain territories outside the U.S.

• Oversized or heavy items may require additional shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

While rare, delays can happen. If your order appears lost or delayed:
