🔄 Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

• Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including:

  • Undergarments & intimates

  • Swimwear (if hygiene liner is removed)

  • Final Sale / Clearance items

📦 How to Start a Return

1. Log into your account at LovBou.com and select Order History.

2. Choose the item(s) you’d like to return and request a return authorization.

3. Print your return shipping label (emailed after approval).

4. Pack your item(s) securely and drop them off with the listed carrier.

Note: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a LovBou error (defective or incorrect item).

🔁 Exchanges

• Exchanges are free within the U.S. when requesting the same item in a different size or color.

• If the desired item is out of stock, you may choose a store credit or full refund instead.

• International exchange options will be announced once global shipping is available.

💵 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued back to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Store credit is available for faster turnaround if you’d like to shop again immediately.

🚫 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive the wrong item or a product that is damaged/defective:

1. Contact us immediately at support@lovbou.com with your order number and photos.

2. We’ll cover the cost of return shipping and ensure a replacement or refund is processed quickly.
